Terms of engagement

These terms apply to enquiries and paid engagements with Neurongridpoint Co., Ltd. (“Neurongridpoint,” “we,” “us”) for tourism trend visualization, seasonal studies, briefings, mapping, and workshops delivered to destination operators. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a written quote, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance

A binding engagement begins only when both parties confirm a written quote that states scope, fee, timeline, and deliverables. Website descriptions are informational and may be refined in that quote.

Services

We provide professional advisory and facilitation services related to visitor pattern readings for destinations in Thailand. We do not sell software subscriptions, booking systems, or guaranteed visitor volumes.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate context about your destination, timely access to agreed interviewees, and any anonymised operational counts you choose to share. Delays in client inputs may shift delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered dossier, boards, and maps for your organisation’s internal planning and partner meetings. Neurongridpoint retains ownership of underlying methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. Public redistribution or resale of deliverables requires our prior written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat non-public operational figures you share as confidential and do not publish them without permission. Aggregated, non-identifying lessons may inform future field notes unless you request otherwise in writing.

Liability

Our work supports decision-making; commercial outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
