Refunds & cancellations

This policy applies to paid engagements with Neurongridpoint Co., Ltd. for Seasonal Pulse Studies, Destination Market Briefings, Attraction Demand Mapping, and Operator Trend Workshops. It does not cover goods we do not sell or software subscriptions we do not offer.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how much preparation or delivery has already occurred relative to the confirmed start date in your quote.

Timeframe & conditions

• Full refund — written cancellation at least 14 days before the agreed kickoff, before substantive research or facilitation preparation has begun.
• Partial refund (50% of fees paid) — cancellation between 13 and 7 days before kickoff, or after limited preparation has started but before the first on-site or virtual briefing day.
• No refund — cancellation within 6 days of kickoff, no-show to a booked briefing or workshop, or after the first delivery session has occurred.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue deposits we have already paid on your behalf, printed chart packs already produced, and non-recoverable travel tickets purchased with your written approval are non-refundable and may be invoiced separately if not covered by the engagement fee.

Deposits

Quotes may require a deposit (commonly 30–50%) to reserve calendar time. Deposits follow the same full/partial/no-refund schedule above.

Work already started

If interviews, indicator gathering, or draft boards are underway, we invoice for work completed at the quoted rate and refund only any unused prepaid balance after that calculation.

Rescheduling

One reschedule with at least 7 days’ notice is usually accepted without fee, subject to our calendar. Later reschedules may incur a reasonable preparation fee stated in writing.

Refund process & method

Email hello@neurongridpoint.click with your quote reference and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer fees charged by intermediaries are deducted where applicable.
